摘 要 涡街现象是流体力学中重要的自然现象,例如水流过桥墩,风吹过高塔、烟囱、电 线等都会形成涡街,其中以塔科马海峡吊桥崩塌事件最为著名。随着科学的发展,人们 已经从防止涡街带来的危害上升到利用涡街现象来制作一些仪器,其中最为重要的突 破,便是以其原理设计的涡街流量计来测量管道等一些区域的流量。近年来,涡街流量 计的发展更是取得了重大的破,本文就是以卡门涡街为理论基础,分别对圆形绕流体、 三角形绕流体和正方形绕流体所形成的涡街场进行仿真模拟,另外还对三种绕流体制作 的涡街流量计进行仿真和数据的计算分析,通过对比来找出三种涡街场区别和那种涡街 流量计可以的得到最佳的测量结果。 随着计算流体力学以及计算机技术的迅猛发展,CFD 技术越来越受到设计人员的青 睐,其在模拟真实流场,优化改型设计中得到了广泛的应用。本文通过 CFD 流体动力学 技术来进行实验的仿真模拟,其中使用 Gambit 进行流场的构建和网格的划分,使用 Fluent 软件及其前置处理器对 Gambit 生成的网格进行数据的迭代计算,以及视频的录 制。最后通过实验显示的结果进行对比,以得出实验结论。 关键词:卡门涡街;涡街流量计; Gambit ; Fluent ABSTRACT Vortex is a important natural phenomena in fluid mechanics, such as the water flowing through the pier,and wind blowing towers, chimney, wires will form a vortex, of which the Tacoma Narrows suspension bridge collapse incident is most famous. With the development of science, people have get off the harm from the vortex phenomenon,and produce some of the instruments, of which is the most important breakthrough is Vortex Flowmeter which is designed by its principle,to measure some areas of the pipeline and othertraffic. In recent years, the development of Vortex Flowmeter has made a significant break.This paper is based on Karman vortex street as the theoretical, respectively simulate the circular wound fluid ,the triangle around fluid and the squares around fluid.Then simulate and calculate the data analysis of the three shapes of the vortex flowmeter to find which kind of the vortex flowmeter can get the best measurement results.
