硅基复合膜材料的制备及其吸附重金属的热力学行为研究 中 文 摘 要 通过氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷 (KH-550) 与钛酸正丁酯 (Ti(OC4H9)4) 间的醇解反 应和溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列无机-有机杂化材料,用 FTIR 、 TGA 对得到的杂 化聚合物进行了验证,杂化后 材料的吸附性显著提高。杂化材料的分子结 构稳定性与材料中无机成分的含量有关,高含量的硅有助于提高杂化材料 的分子结构稳定性。吸附重金属离子的实验表明:有机-无机杂化膜材料能够 用于重金属离子的分离和回收, 因此,该技术在污水处理、环境保护和水资 源再生方面有着广泛的应用前景。 关 键 词 : 溶 胶 - 凝胶法 ; 乙 酰丙 酮 ;钛 酸丁 酯 ; 氨丙 基 三乙 氧基 硅 烷 (KH-550);吸附;重金属;有机-无机杂化材料 Preparation of Si-based composite membrane material and its thermodynamic behavior of adsorption for heavy metal ABSTRACT A series of inorganic - organic hybrid materials are synthesized by tetra-n-butyl titanate and aminopropyl triethoxysilane through the alcoholysis reaction and sol - gel method. With FTIR to responded has carried on the confirmation, after the hybridization, the material adsorbability obviously enhances. In the hybridization material's molecular structure stability and the material mineral composition's content related, the high content's silicon is helpful in enhances the hybridization material the molecular structure stability. Heavy metal ions adsorption experiments show that the organic-inorganic hybrid membrane materials can be used for the separation and recovery of heavy metal ions,and thus the technology in sewage treatment,environmental protection and water regeneration has potential applications.
