Basic Principle

主要包括分离、转化和利用。分离是指采用各 种技术方法,把污水中的悬浮物或胶体微粒分 离出来,从而使污水得到净化,或者使污水中 污染物减少至最低限度。转化是指对已经溶解 在水中、无法“取”出来或者不需要“取”出 来的污染物,采用生物化学、化学或电化学的 方法,使水中溶解的污染物转化成无害的物质, 或者转化成容易分离的物质。

工业用水根据用途的不同,对水质的要求差异很大, 水质要求越高,水处理的费用就越高。理想的回用对 象应是冷却用水和工艺低质用水(洗涤、冲灰、除尘、 直冷等)。当考虑某项工艺是否可以利用回收的污水时, 必须满足需要的水质,并要计算回用污水及其处理的 费用,以求最大的经济效益。
